Update; Unfortunately, Spartacus is no longer with us. He had an x-ray on his legs and it was discovered that the bones were disintergrating and the pins they had placed had snapped. There was nothing else that could be done for him.

We rescued Spartacus two years ago. He was very overweight, had bad legs and feet and was just days away from turning into someone’s Christmas dinner.
He needed an operation on his legs, and with an awful lot of love, care, vet trips, his own custom made boots and a specially built home, he’s improved so much since being here!
His feet will always cause him a bit of bother, he has a condition called ‘bumble foot’. We are all so happy to say that, he can now run!!
He’s also now got a girlfriend, Verinia, another rescue Turkey 🦃
While we mainly rescue Rabbits, sometimes a Spartacus comes along and how can we say no!
